File Your VA Claim
Helping Vets navigate the VA process
The VA Claims process is weird.
You put a bunch of stuff in a box
Shake it up
And hope it comes back with what you want.
You go to some medical exams where you hear horror stories on how the examiner is trying to screw you over.
When I left the Army in 2008 I was rated at 20%
In 2024 I received a 90% disability rating.
Submitting ALL NEW claims
With NO military medical records
Without paying a service or law firm
I actually signed up to use a service, but since I had a pending claim, they Instructed me to wait until after It was settled, then reach out again.
Turns out I didn't need them
I have some exams coming up which has the potential to get me to 100%.
And no, I didn't have to make anything up. I submitted real conditions. And when I went to the exam, I did the unspeakable...
I told the truth
Strangely enough, when you tell the truth, the examiner has NO CHOICE but to award you what you deserve.
The trick - I knew WHICH truth to tell because I
read the 38 CFR
read the VA's Disability Benefits Questionnaires for the conditions I submitted
understand orthopedic terminology since I'm a Physical Therapist that's been In orthopedics for a decade plus.
I live with my service connected disabilities everyday. No one knows how they affect me BETTER THAN ME
The 38 CFR and the DBQ is the decoder ring YOU have to use to make sure the examiner understands you.
I'll help you break that down.
